The Quotable Rogue The Ideals of Sarah Palin in Her Own Words

I have never been a fan of Sarah Palin. This may be because I live in Canada and am not familiar with her the way residents of The United States may be. This could also be becuase I only hear and read negative things about her on the news and in magazines. I personally think she should take some time off and focus on getting her family back together, instead of promoting herself. Not being a fan of her is an understatement, I guess you should say.
I requested this book from booksneeze because I wanted to hear a different side of her story.
This book was well written, and an easy read, which I did not expect it to be. It features quotes from Sarah herself on topics such as health care, taxes, climate change, the government, and much more. I do not agree with a lot of the things she has to say, and I believe she says things that people want to hear, and not how she really feels.
Overall, this book did not do what I had hoped it to- change my opinion of Sarah Palin. I found most of her quotes to be unbelievable, and did not feel that she really felt this way.
I give Matt Lewis kudos for his writing skills. I hold nothing against him, I just did not like the topic of this book. I will probably read more from him in the future, but nothing else on Sarah Palin.
